Eligible return requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility, inspection, refunds, and replacement arrangements are governed by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its processing and dispatch status, subject to applicable law.
